We would like to see the ability to notify the individual CC'ed on a ticket of the approval status on a service request.
Our HR Manager submits the request for a new employee, and cc's the hiring manager on the ticket. This moves to an approval process by someone else in our HR department. Once that is approved by that individual, it is moved over to the IT team to create the accounts. We would like the hiring manager to see when that person in HR approves the ticket so they are updated on the status.
