Make all User Profile changes possible from the User's Profile page

Would it be possible to add the User Edit functionality to all fields in their User Profile page for the future? Under Setup > Users & Groups > Users>Actions>User Profile Settings

Instead of having to make the changes at the Groups level, and trying to find the Edit button next to the user's name. would be nice if everything could be done on the one User Profile page.
