To be able to create more categories, since throwing most everything besides computer, cell phones, and network stuff in to one big pool makes it time consuming to track down things when you have a large inventory.
A GUI chart, that shows how many of certain things are in what state. Would be nice to be able to see for example how many monitors are in operation, broken/missing/stolen, and are spares without having to manually count, or go through the hassle of dealing with CSV files.
