Service Desk: Search comments made by "me"

Please add a view filter for:

Attribute = comments made by

Value = select users (ie ME, username,...)

As a tier 3 resource, I will comment on Incident, Problem or Change tickets but not take ownership. This view will allow me to essential make a "all ticket touched by me" so I can look back at comments I made for solutions or suggestions.

Here is a screenshot example:

Not not I am mentioned in this ticket so I have been able to use the filter "Mentioned". But this doesn't seem to capture what I am looking for.

I was looking for this also. As a workaround you can do this with an automation rule to add a tag to any incident that you comment on. Then applying the filter in your image to filter by tag with that value.

For the automation rule:

Trigger - Comment Added
Scope - Incident/Service Request

Conditions:

Value Type - Commenter
Object Field - User
Value - your username/email

Actions:

Value: CustomTag123

In the incident view select Tag for the Attribute and CustomTag123 (tag name that you choose). Not sure that it fixed the old tickets but this did work for all tickets from that point forward for me.
