Ability to move items between Service Providers

Now that we have the ability to have separate Service Providers, it would be advantageous to be able to:

1) Transfer tickets between Serice Providers. Lots of times people open tickets for the wrong thing or department, it would be great to be able to just transfer them instead of having to recreate them.

2) Utilize the Service Provider as a Development / Test and production area for developing forms, automations, catalog items, etc... then being able to promote them into other areas without have to recreate them. This could tie into Change Control.

Part 1 is done. You can "Forward" tickets to another service provider, however right now it only works with Tickets, and not Service Requests.

With the new changes coming to how tasks work, i hope they also make a way where if a ticket gets created that needs efforts from multiple teams, like an onboarding, that the tasks could be divided between different providers.

I also really hope they make it so you can use the different service providers more as a Dev/Test area, and allow you when making different service providers, make it so you only allow users you invite or pick to have access.
