Now that we have the ability to have separate Service Providers, it would be advantageous to be able to:
1) Transfer tickets between Serice Providers. Lots of times people open tickets for the wrong thing or department, it would be great to be able to just transfer them instead of having to recreate them.
2) Utilize the Service Provider as a Development / Test and production area for developing forms, automations, catalog items, etc... then being able to promote them into other areas without have to recreate them. This could tie into Change Control.
