These questions are pertaining to the New Contract section of the Service Desk listed under Procurement:
1. Can you change the feature in Contracts to make the Contract Type editable after saving? The contract may be a "subscription" but was entered as a "software license" - for some reason once the the information has been saved, it cannot be changed or corrected.
2. Renewal Reminder - can you add a reminder choice for 45 days? The only choices are 15, 30, 60, 90 and 120 day reminders - we need a 45 day reminder.
3. In the Configuration Item Properties - you cannot add the contract number and expiration date until after you create contract - then you have to click on the edit link afterwards to add the information.
