Would like to see either a separate section in the Incidents where we can email the Requestor directly with correspondence and perhaps have the ability to also add email addresses on the fly to said email, ability to attach screenshots directly would also be nice, instead of having to do so as an attachment...?
I understand that right now, the way it works is to add a Comment and keep it Public, then it emails the Requestor - I believe this is what I was told anyway...correct?
It would be nice if the emailing functionality was more intuitive - so having a separate and Labeled Email section, or maybe even just change or add a button to the Comments section that says, "Email Requestor" - or even just "Send"
- so that it is understood that a Public Comment also automatically emails the Requestor.
