I think all of us would benefit from the MRC client showing and allowing workstations to be searched by username for connecting to remotely assist.
In some organizations the MRC client is used by non-administrators, and there is some times a battle with having the end user find their workstation/PC name. If the non-admin knew their username, they could simply search to obtain the workstation/PC name to assist them. The agent is already installed on their PC, would it be terribly difficult to obtain that information to display in the "Connect" dialog? It could also be used as a filter drop down like "Name" & "Alias" or a folder on the side.
