In the End-user Portal, it would be nice to be able to remove the "New Ticket" button from the 'Service Catalog' and 'Knowledge base' views. We have a "New Ticket" button at the top of every page in the Header, but the 'Service Catalog' and 'Knowledge Base' have a second "New Ticket" button below it on the page itself. This is redundant and confusing, especially since it cannot be renamed separately either. For example, when I change the 'Main action label' on the ticket submission page from "New Ticket" (which is misleading) to "Submit", a random "Submit" button at the top of the Knowledge Base and/or Service catalog is confusing.
