PLease add the feature that prevents user from making a comment on an incident if the ticket status is already CLOSED
This is an ongoing issue where CLOSED tickets are commented on by requesters after the issue is resolved. We would rather they open a new ticket with any new issue rather than continuing to comment in the old, where we do not see their comments or look for them in closed tickets.
Nice request.Or, at the very least, define a specific notification for requesters, informing them that the ticket they are writing on has been closed.
