It would be fantastic if I could specify a Default Priority based on room. Our current ops require that any issues in a computer lab are automatically given Priority 2 status, but there is currently no way for WHD to do this. You can do it by location, but not by room. It would also be useful to set a default priority based on client. If our President submits a ticket, it would be nice if the system could automatically assign a priority to that.
If I had to rank the requests, I'd say Priority by room is of higher importance to me.
