In Other Assets, when you export a list to .csv, the user field shows a long string containing the entire profile of the person including their title, department, last log in, etc. It's not useful and depending how many users you have, tedious to fix the spreadsheet. Just the name should be delivered in this field.
It does the same thing when you export the contract field in Computers. Limiting that field to the text that displays on screen would be preferred also.
