I would like to make extensive use of workflows in Service Catalog items. If I create complex and involved workflows, I would like the ability to copy/paste them within the same flow (as alternate branches) or into other Service Catalog items.
I think what would he even better is to have a “toolbox” with copy/paste items for workflow processes such as workflow approvals and tasks. Alternatively (and preferably), I’d like to be able to point all workflows needing approval toward a specific central approval scheme that I could centrally modify and have it apply to all workflows without having to edit it on each workflow.
