Ability to create Task to fill/input the fields within the task.

We would like to request a feature where tasks should have ability to take input/fill the form fields from agent or requester.

Use case

For example, we have a field “Shipping Tracking Number” and would like to inform HR the shipping tracking number, when a shipping is processed. Ability to create a task which requires an agent to fill the tracking number field within task would be great addition. Currently, system only allow creating a task which just ask yes or no to complete a task but if we could create a task where agent must fill the request field within the task would ensure task is properly completed. Once shipping tracking number field is populated we can initiate the email notification to HR.
