I would like to see a Dropdown list pre-populated of all users within our SWSD system that allow for Multi-pick instead of just an individual user. An example case would be a form to modify/create an email distribution list. My ideal workflow is defined below of how I'd like to be able to set this up...
- Requestor would choose from a dropdown if it is a Modification to an existing distribution list or a New distribution list
- If Modification is selected, a new dropdown list is displayed on the form to select which distribution list they want to modify
- If New is selected, a new Text box would display for them to type in the desired name of the distribution list.
- Once New or Modification is selected, a Mutli-pick type Dropdown list would appear (similar to the CC field) that would allow the requestor to select as many users as necessary. This would force them to choose users in the system (or to be able to freehand type still like the CC box does) all necessary recipients on that email list.
Reason for the request is to make sure the requestor is providing proper names and eliminate misspellings, nicknames, etc but also still allow the freehand form of typing if the email list is for an external address instead of an internal user.
