When we try to close the cases of Requesters who have already left the organization, we encounter the following error: "Please provide a registered requester to get updates"
The solution presented to us is that we need to edit the Requester field details and change it to an existing Requester so we can update the case. This is only viable if you only have one or two incidents under the missing requester. But in our case, we have 300+ incidents with already missing requesters, so updating them one by one will be very tedious so there should be an option to mass update them.
