Need a report showing time logged by each tech during a specific date range.
Need to be able to see the ticket(s) those logged times are applicable to.
Do NOT want a graph. Want this report in csv or excel format.
Current ticket reports only show the last tech that worked on the ticket. Reports are not showing each tech that worked on it and each tech's time.
would want to be able to see for 'last week's dates' each tech's logged time along with assigned tickets for those logged times.
