When using background images on maps the entity text can be very hard to read.
Current solution is to add a rectangle behind it but that is timeconsuming especially when there are many entities on maps that see frequent changes.
My suggestion is to add the option to set an opaque background for the entity text.
On a busy background like this it's not enough to make the text bold or a different color.
