It would be great to add a signature to responses, perhaps with a selectable checkbox. We don't manage our incidents via email typically. Why do that when you have a great interface and need to track your time anyway? Adding a custom signature field so you could match your email signature, including branding images, would be awesome. Having a checkbox to add it only for external replies, so you're not spamming Private notes or only adding to Public notes, would be great.
