Service Desk Service Portal Announcement Message

Please change the minimum character limit on the Service Desk Portal Announcement from 120 characters to 500 characters, and please make the text editable. It would be very nice to highlight, bold, etc in our message. There has been a few times already where I didn't have enough characters to type out my message.

Portal Announcements should stand out and be front & center (attention getting). Font Colors, Background colors, Font Sizes, inserting images - every feature that's available in portal text message box should be available for portal announcements.
