There are multiple lines regarding emails that some tech's do not need to see but would be beneficial to filter them out so that they can see what's important to them in the Audit trail of incidents in Service Desk.
This would be fantastic. It's very hard to see the useful information in the audit trail because of all the extraneous information. would be awesome to be able to at least filter out all the email information.
I made a userscript to remove these since trying to look through it annoyed me to no end.
