A request to add a custom field to the user profile page. It's then possible tand handy to add custom notes in a free form in a users profile.
This is already available, is it not? We have custom fields setup under our User Profile pages. Under Settings > Service Desk we setup the specific field under "Custom Fields" and then pulled that field into a form under "Custom Forms". Then you setup a Dynamic Form Rule to display the Custom form when the Scope = Users.
I asked the service desk for showing me how to do this. But they said it's not possible to add a customer field to the users profile.
