I would like to request a feature tweak with the 'messages' feature in Helpdesk - specifically, the ability to limit the messages for CLIENTS and not just techs. I would like to be able to create a message that would only show for the locations or departments that are affected, especially in cases where the message might cause extra confusion for the wrong area, such as a message to leave computers on overnight because of a patch schedule - it would be nice if only the location that is being patched gets that message when they log into helpdesk.
