I have created scheduled reports in WHD for various colleagues to review. E.g ticket report reports tickets by Tech Group, Pie Chart and Show Table.
When you run the report on screen you get the Pie and the table underneath. The table will have the figures with the URL linked to the number. You can click on the URL to view the report information in WHD - this is very helpful. But when I schedule the same report to be emailed to colleagues in PDF format, there is no URL/rich text in the PDF - Can this be added?
