We currently own both services of ServiceDesk and Access Rights Management for our environment. I'd like to request a feature that allows both services to integrate together to help create a more seamless process for user tickets and requests.
For example, we get a ticket that wants to have a user account to be created. This integration will automatically pull in information from the ARM installation and displays to the user of what choices they have from the ARM service, and what type of user is to be created.
