Approval Bypass for Employee's Director Level and Above

Currently, SolarWinds does not allow an option to bypass approval’s. However, I would like to see a method/feature implemented (much like most other ITSM tools) that allow the ability to bypass approval requirements for those at a Director level and above. The absence of this feature is causing pain points throughout the organization, amongst the executives. and is becoming a very hot item at the moment.

execs don't want to be bothered with having to approve requests for director level and above. they either disregard completely or complain when asked to complete the approval. maybe build in functionality where we can set $$ levels requiring approval

I would also love to see proactive notifications sent to approvers if it's changed from one approver to another to notify the prior approver that their approval is no longer needed.
