I think it would be helpful if it was possible to be able to exclude email addresses from receiving notifications such as new ticket or resolved ticket emails.
We have set up some of our alerting platforms such as our PRTG or Endpoint Security software to send email notifications on certain events / detections. We want these to come through to service desk to create a ticket but they do not necessarily need to have the new incident notification sent back to them as most of the time these come from noreply addresses so it would be good if there was a way to have an exclusion list on the notifications so that these could be added to it to prevent un-necessary emails from being sent which could then trigger a bounce back reply adding more un-necessary traffic and comments / notes to a ticket.
