There isn't currently a way to define a custom set of parameters for what make the number red vs. green on the Avg Time to Resolution dashboard widget. It would be helpful to be able to set goals or targets for the number of desired hours for average time to resolution and have the color be red for any time over that goal and green for under or at the goal.
