It would be helpful if the filters that portal users apply to the Tickets view could be saved as an alternate view so that they do not need to keep reapplying the filters.
Would also like to see the nagitive filters as Agents have access to in the platform area.
The ability to change the order of the columns and save the view would be extremely useful.
I have a user that submits a lot of tickets and would like to be able to filter between New/Open and Resolved/Closed. It appears that you can add multiple filters but it will only filter on the last entered filter. Is this a bug or by design. Let me know. Also it does not allow you to save the filters. Would be nice feature.
In addition to the My tickets view in the portal. The users would also like to see the date submitted/CREATED AT so they can track the time it takes for tickets to complete. Can this column be added?
KW501, it certainly would be helpful if requesters could save filters in the "My Tickets" view! Did you search for similar feature requests before posting yours? I previously created a feature Request for this functionality. I named it "Allow Requesters to save filters in My Tickets". By creating a new one you're dividing the votes. SolarWinds gives major weight to the votes feature requests get when deciding whether to tackle them.
BTW A work-around is that requesters can capture the URL after adding filters and save that as a Bookmark or such. They can use that link and the filters will be applied. I still think that SolarWinds should provide better functionality but at least this works!
