There seems to be a recurring issue. DRE and SWSD seem to overlook the importance of the owner / user tied to a device. In Intune / Entra our devices have the owner or user field populated. If Dameware can pull information from the agent, and we have the Azure sync enabled etc., why are we not able to see an owner name? Can I suggest we add in the owner / username so the PC's are easier to recognize. We use a Company abbreviation and Dell Service Tag as the computer name. We do not name them after the individuals. For this reason, having that owner / user shown would be helpful. User devices are labeled, however sometimes we need unattended access which makes it difficult.
