We do already have Orion for that, but it would be nice when looking up an Asset in the Service Desk to pull extra information about the devices. An example would be seeing the trays, toner level, and other information. We could create an actionable ticket reminder to change toner when the toner is low say 5%.
Right now the information displayed is just the name, serial, ip, mac, ports scanned, and some other information that can be entered like financials. It would be good to expand on this. Orion has an integration, it could import right into service desk.
