Include Category and Subcategory in the "Update Record" process step

Please allow the "Update Record" step to modify category and subcategory. At the moment you can change most of the system fields and custom fields; but those two are missing.

Further to this, because of what I suspect is a timing issue, when I try to modify them in a single "Process Integration", it misses the subcategory altogether; meaning I have to create a separate integration step for each.

This would also allow better organization of the Service Catalog. Right now, you have to make the decision to organize Categories for either end users or for agents. Having a reliable and easy to configure automation to change the category after submission would allow us to organize the visible categories in the Portal to be user friendly, then route the generated service request to Agent viewable cat/subcats.

This would be really nice. My team uses SW for IT. We have categories for hardware and broken devices. We have service catalog items to request new or replacement devices. It would be nice to have and update category and subcategory so that if a field is completed it can automatically update to the appropriate category. It would help organize, improve reliability, and time.

I second this, with the ability to have logic built in to our catalogue items, it means the ability to have a organised catalogue is finally here, a One Form to Rule them All type scenario. I'd love to combine several catalogue items in to one form.

Peripherals Form - Including Mouse, Keyboard, Dock etc

Default Category - Peripherals

Select Mouse as a variable, the process initiates, stock check, delivery etc. and the sub category of "Mouse" is updated.

This allows me to trend on how many requests we've had in a month etc. But right now, I have to have a separate catalogue item for every item to achieve this.

Bumping this, some of our service requests trigger other service request forms to be made and I would love to have our agents be able to filter by category and subcategory out of these API generated requests.
