Customer portal experience service catalogue display to be more customisable

Hi! Today, the default service catalogue display for a user is "popular". As I have numbered my services, I'd like for the users experience to see it in alphabetical order. However, it is not intuitive for my users to select the drop down and click "alphabetical". Would it be possible for the backend to select the default for what we want our users to see? Thanks!
