Currently if the Tech Permissions option, Allow Re-Assignment, is unchecked, once a tech is assigned a ticket they cannot un-assign themselves from it. It's all or nothing.
We would really like the ability for a tech to be able to un-assign a ticket from themselves without the ability to assign it to someone else.
This would allow us to place the ticket back into our open and watched dispatch queue, without the option of assigning the ticket to someone that may not be available.
