Given the set amount of Alert Levels (should allow for more, at least 5) it would be nice to select a custom e-mail address(s) for alerting of missed events. Not sure why this is locked to Tech, Supervisor, and Group Manager, but it should be permissible to select a custom e-mail address or distribution group. Unfortunately there are no Action Rules I can apply against Not Assigned Timers as Criteria to work around this.
