Requesters can add filters to a selected view in My Tickets but they cannot save them. Please make it so that Requesters can save their customized views.
Yes, we've had several Requesters ask for this as well!
I have gotten requests for this from users as well. I thought I put in a feature request for this, but it looks like I didn't.
