Allow to change Font color on "Welcome to Service Desk Portal" in Modern Portal Theme

In Classic mode it is allowed to change the font of the "Welcome to Service Desk Portal" from the Portal view, but once you change to the Modern Portal Theme this is not allowed

Please add the font color change as it does not blend well using the black font color for the Welcome screen

You can. Use the Portal Designer, and edit the widget with the text in it.
