In the incident view iallow edit the SLA Breaches column,as that is curretnly grayed out in the colums tab under edit view so we cannot allow them to remove it
I have also noticed this along with other columns which are greyed out. For example, the 'title' is greyed out. It would be good to have the option to remove these greyed columns from the view as it would make it easier to view the required information and less data to analyse when exporting for reporting purposes. Im extracting data for extra reporting and Im looking at agent productivity and do not require low level detail of the 'title'.
