Alike AI Assistance/ virtual Agent for service agents ticketing summary, and suggested troubleshooting solutions, knowledge base and user self resolve suggestions - having a setup AI Assistant for Admin used for all instances within Setup Home would be great to have.
Perhaps Co-Pilot integrated or ChatGP / something alike- to incorporate for administrators to refer to as a resourceful reference for administrative setup/config -"how to" guidance for Service desk and Service Catalog Item process workflows and other feature Setup/Config, etc.

Subsequently - Would LOVE to have a chatGP like instance specifically for API reference for HTTP Request guidance within Process Integration for non coders - as it is not really an easy to do-OOTB open API integration for internal or external integration automation, as there are no templates or guidance provided that I can find anyway.
