Level three escalation allows one email to be added wherein user wants a feature where they can add one more email to the escalation level
User wants a feature wherein they can add one more email to the escalation level 3 for example currently it allows only abc.com ,user want to add abc.com as well xyz.com to the level 3 escalation alert level
