User wants to add one more escalation level for alerts in WHD

User has configured Alerts level in WHD up to three levels as per the article -https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/whd/content/helpdeskcreateprioritytype.htm
Level three escalation allows one email to be added wherein user wants a feature where they can add one more email to the escalation level

User wants a feature wherein they can add one more email to the escalation level 3 for example currently it allows only abc.com ,user want to add abc.com as well xyz.com to the level 3 escalation alert level

Why do you not create an Action Rule with the Criteria of Level 3 Alert, Action send an Additional E-mail to whoever needs to know?

We did share the same with user however user responded by saying Action rule workaround is not feasible for us and requested to raise the feature

This is not WHD. WHD and ServiceDesk are 2 different products. WHD has its own forum: thwack.solarwinds.com/.../feature-requests
