Currently if you want to attach something to a comment you only have Computer/Dropbox. Wondering if a attachments within Solarwinds could be a choice? There are times where you are referring to someone (using the @ sign) and want to include a item within ticket to the user. Example might be a vendor doing contract work and you want to send a copy of a photo of the location. You can download and reattach if you want but would be easier to pick from the ticket. A sidebar on this would be to attach to a comment in Task when that feature is enabled.
