I would like to have the ability to be able to add some type of privacy disclosure message somewhere in the ticket in the incident Submission Form, perhaps as a fixed text box message or some other similiar feature as the current "Annoucement Message". We would like to prevent or at least minimize our users from adding any personal or client information to the incident form.
Unfortunately i've tried adding custom fields such as in text or description areas but all the text that is entered is grayed out, would like something better that would stand out..
