Adding more options to Parts

We would like to see the Parts section expanded, and a little more robust.

1. We are currently tracking toner and printer parts, but being a school system, we don't necessarily need to have costs attached.
2. We would like to be able to run better reports on the parts.
3. We would like to add pictures
4. We would like to be able to link parts to multiple models. Some Toners fit multiple printers.
