It would be nice to have a selection in the Tech Permissions screen to allow or disallow a tech to create tickets such as: "Tech Can Create Tickets" with a check box.

Sorry, my organization is into LANDesk Service Desk instead of WHD.
We use it. I like it actually, but that Feature would be awesome. I find a lot needs to be added though for customization.
We use BMC Remedy, but I keep trying the get WHD in here :-)
