In regards to acknowledge alerts- once the alert is reset the acknowledgement note is deleted.
It might be an idea to stop the acknowledgment note from being deleted, so we can look at the historical notes and actions taken to resolve it.
Yes, we also see this as a bug and NOT a feature! Please fix this!
