Currently today if I select "Response Template" I see a list of the templates I have created, it would be much cleaner and more efficient for me to be able to create categories and see these first and apply my templates within the proper category as currently we have a naming convention to categorize the template "Category - Public/Private - Template Name" and due to popularity it will be out of control in here shortly with sheer numbers of templates.
Secondly, I prefer my default comments to be set to "Private" this will never change, but I would love to see the option to create a response template that changes this behavior, so regardless of default setting, when I use this template that has the "public" toggle on it will always send this response out as a public comment and vice versa for Private obviously.
