need to know if it possible to schedule a ticket to be created in a future date ? an example would be a travel ticket. the customer creates a ticket for travel out of country , we change the company policies on the computer while they are traveling. Rather than keeping the ticket open during the whole travel time, days weeks months. then change the policy on the computer when it returns. Is it possible to create a ticket that would populate in a future date, think of it as a reminder but in ticket form.
