Wizard for removing a tech

I would like there to be a way to have some type of wizard that assists when a tech is removed from the system. Currently you can disable or delete a tech but they still retain things like Group membership, manager, notifications in approval processes ect. There needs to be a better way to find out where that tech is embedded in the system and offer software assist to help remove them. I am still picking out emails notifications from some processes of techs that left a year ago. The problem only scales with a larger organization and install.

I Think wizard is better for Solutions problems. If the team go work this.

This would be an excellent feature! It is a real pain to try to find everywhere a tech has been added in WHD. It would be really nice if you could swap an old Tech with a new one. What normally happens is you have an employee leave and a new one replace them. They need everything in WHD switched to their account. Having a function that replaces one Tech with another throughout WHD would be very useful.

The easiest way is just to overwrite the old one with the new, but then all ticket history is altered as well.

The nicest way appears to be to inactivate the old one and create a new tech. But then you can start a major search for all action rules and so on! it should be possible to "copy" or "move" all parameters of the old tech to the new one.
