Can we please have the functionality added to date ranges in the Service Desk platform, views, reporting etc. The ranges that would cover 'This Month', 'Last Month', 'This week', 'Last Week', etc. This would allow views and reports to naturally change as the dates change rather than having to set the date ranges each time a month changes. Date ranges like due in 30 or due in 14 change every day rather than a set range of dates.
