Revert to the older Customer Satisfaction Survey

The older version allowed a quick up or downvote. The newer version doesn't, and will lead to less end user feedback.

I asked my account manager the same thing- he advised that the SWSD support team can revert this change for your site if you ask them. I believe this was rolled out because SPAM filters were checking the link first as users selected it and then voiding the link as being "Used".
